Hope Little Hearts ("we", "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 00-0000000) operating this website to accept charitable donations supporting children in need across the United States.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary charitable contributions made in US dollars.
- Donations are processed securely by PayPal. By donating, you also agree to PayPal's user agreement.
- You will receive an email receipt for every completed donation. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions, making them tax-deductible to the extent allowed by US law. Consult your tax advisor for your specific situation.
- We direct funds where the need is greatest across our programs, unless a specific campaign states otherwise.
Refunds
Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, or unauthorized use of your payment method), contact us at hello@yourdomain.com within 15 days with your transaction ID and we will review and process legitimate refund requests promptly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to breach its security, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
